About Us

Decadent Creations was founded by my beautiful wife and myself Chef AJ. I am a food artist based in the Metro Atlanta area (Gwinnett County).  I have experience and extensive knowledge in the areas of baking, personal chef services, and catering.  I am self-taught since the age of fifteen, I also have a degree in Culinary Arts.  I am passionate about delivering exceptional delicious foods with exceptional presentation. My love for the creating process started when I was a teen.  I loved to try creating different ways to prepare meals and decadent desserts.  At 15 it dawned on me, my calling was doing what I loved and what I loved was this – creating small master pieces for all foodies alike. I retired from my full-time job in 2020 at the age of 38 to operate our business effectively. My wife is a breast cancer survivor and a Iraq war veteran who also shares my passion in the food service field.
